Our headquarters for the wedding weekend is at RT Lodge, a boutique hotel and event space set alongside the woodsy campus of Maryville College. Everything from the Welcome Dinner on Friday night to a reception under the bistro-lit Sperry Tent followed by late-night grub will happen on the RT Lodge property. The one event off the Lodge property is the wedding ceremony. The wedding ceremony will take place on the campus of Maryville College in their College Chapel (also known as, Center for Campus Ministry). When we imagined our weekend, we envisioned one location surrounded by nature, exclusive to our friends and family; a place where guests never have to worry about logistics once they arrive. We hope you will join us by staying at the Lodge for the weekend and enjoy its simple luxuries from complimentary breakfast to personalized service. We do ask that you let us know if you plan to find accommodations off-site so we can plan accordingly.

Standard check-in is at 3pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday. Check-out is 11am on Sunday. Early check-in and late check-out times can be arranged to accommodate arrivals and departures, and guests are welcome to extend their trip. Please contact RT Lodge to coordinate.

Either add the booking code into the Promo/Group field online or reference it with the reservationist. Note: You will not be able to book a room through third party travel sites.

We love your little ones! However, we’ve chosen to make our wedding weekend an adults-only celebration.

The wedding ceremony will take place on the Maryville College campus in the College Chapel (also known as the Center for Campus Ministry). The Chapel is .6 miles (12 minute walk / 3 minute drive) from RT Lodge along a private country lane. Transportation from RT Lodge to the Chapel and back to RT Lodge will be provided. Departing times will be shared upon arrival. Should you choose to drive, there is guest parking adjacent to the Chapel.

Friday is a relaxed Welcome Dinner on the front lawn of RT Lodge. Dressy casual attire is perfect for the occasion. Think: sundresses and button downs. Comfortable shoes are encouraged, as we’ll be outdoors on grass! Saturday’s events include a full Catholic mass ceremony followed by cocktail hour and a reception. We kindly ask guests to wear formal attire. Think: brightly colored cocktail dresses (long or short) for ladies and suit and tie for gentlemen.

Come hungry and prepare your taste buds for the best the South has to offer. The weekend will be filled with locally sourced, farm to table foods curated with RT Lodge's Head Chef and Pastry Master. A hot, complimentary breakfast will be served each morning from 7-10am for hotel guests along with fresh coffee in common spaces throughout the day. Lunches can be ordered on Saturday from 12-2pm at the Bar. Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP response. RT Lodge is able to accommodate guest preferences as needed.
